How to work the speed bag. Different type of burpees. Extraordinary push-ups or planks. You can expand your page. Not trying to tell you what to do but I look up to your health positivity.

Another classic Banky video, maybe one of his best. I think what is appealing about Banky’s content is that he went through the ugliest possible scenarios, but he emerged as still a decent person. He sees the games for what they are, and has a funny way of telling the stories. Many people would have been irreparably traumatized by the experience of incarceration but Banky seems cool and well adjusted.
