@Woesie Woesie dan kun je alle reactiekanalen afgaan , want er is werkelijk niemand die het echt werkelijk wat boeit.. het gaat gewoon om inkomsten, en een reactiekanaal is easy money, filmpjes kijken waarvan je weet dat je er een hoop views mee gaat krijgen en dus een hoop adsense en wie weet ook nog donaties.. heel youtube is gebaseerd op content creatie in de hoop er wat mee te kunnen verdienen en voor de 1 is dat heel gecompliceerde content en voor de ander is het op de reet zitten whiskey zuipen en net doen alsof het je echt boeit.. ik kijk alleen naar hoe iemand reageert met de ogen.. die liegen namelijk nooit.

Danny Vera (Danny Polvliet) is 100% Dutch and lives in the province of Zeeland in the place Middelburg. He had a long hard way to come where he is today. He made a song many years ago called 'headin for the city' 2009, it's been used in a Dutch commercial and i fell in love right then and there with the song, it's beautifull. But he never really broke through. His wife pushed him to put all their savings at stake to persue his music dream. It was all or nothing and then he came with rollercoaster and his own rollercoaster took off. I am so happy that he finally gets the credit he deserves.

You were wondering how it is that some people lose their accent when they sing. The most obvious reason has to do with phonetics, the pace at which they sing and speak, and the air pressure from one’s vocal cords. The reason behind this automatic flip to ‘American’ accent and not some other accent, it’s simply because the generic ‘American’ accent is fairly neutral. A song’s melody cancels out the intonations of speech, followed by the beat of the music cancelling out the rhythm of speech. Once this happens, singers are forced to stress syllables as they are accented in the music, which forces singers to elongate their vowels. To put it in simpler terms, it’s the pace of the music that affects the pace of the singer’s delivery. A person’s accent is easily detectable when they are speaking at normal speed. When singing, the pace is often slower. Words are drawn out and more powerfully pronounced and the accent becomes more neutral (according to Google haha) 👍

I only saw him a few times as a guest on tv shows. I never took the time to really listen. This morning I woke up way too early an stumbled across this video. I just close my eyes and enjoy this. 😍 BTW lots of good Dutch artists are able to 'switch off' their accent when singing English or any other language. It's no different from actors speaking with a different accent in movies.
