Right before I listened to this song and started reading comments, I was reading about how learning to pray can change our lives and bring us closer to him. Communication is foundational to any good relationship. There's a book I'm reading right now called I Heard God Laugh by Matthew Kelly. I haven't got to the laughing part yet, but I just read about something the author wrote called The Prayer Process. It's an easy to follow guide, walking us through different steps of what exactly to talk to God about. Prayer is foundational to the Christian life and becoming closer to Jesus. If you're looking for somewhere to start, maybe this can be your sign to start with daily prayer. I know I definitely need to!
