I loved this house the first time i laid eyes on it, some things have been moved for example the large letters BAT for Batman in the bedroom but other than that from what i see its the same, simply beautiful👍🏼

I would say closer to $3 / $3.25 with all the upgrades and the backyard. These models start at $1.5M with the basics and you can upgrade from there. The upgraded model in the video demonstrates what's possible. Most people spend an average of about 15% on initial upgrades.
