the grey trader reminds me of Buffys origin of vampires story, they said "the last demon to be banished bit a human and that lead to the creation of the vampires" of coarse those would all be classified as Carpathians

Thanks. With Covid everything is closed down, so my girlfriend has been cutting my hair. She’s getting better at it, but she’s super slow. In person, If you look close enough, you can see places she messed up and wasn’t even, but it’s not too noticeable.

I don't get why authors write something old and powerful the same way. They have the power to do what they want, but they prefer trickery and round about tactics, makes for a longer story but not interesting to me.
