Next video, Part 5, will be my last FF videos for now. It is the halfway point of Stan & Jack’s run. I may return to FF later tho. Part 5 is a big one you will not want to miss, Reed & Sue get married, the Inhumans are introduced, and the Galactus Trilogy goes down!

Ok as sad as his moms death is, the dad should've seen something like that coming. Like i get the lessons but its a little extreme. Like let him have a bite of pie and teach him to restrain himself from eating more, that's actually healthy. And maybe let him keep one toy and give the rest to the hospital

This was sort of my "introduction" to more "mature comics" when I came across my brothers comics. Something that wasn't just "another spandex hero", I loved it, the story, the various conspiracies, an Irish Vampire. What's not to like? I also read some Hellblazer and later Punisher. Though I LOVED the artwork in Preacher. Steve Dillon doesn't show as much variarity in other comics, you can literally put Jesse's expression on an Orange. Or Granma Marie L'Angell, she looks almost IDENTICAL to Ma Gnucci in Welcome Back Frank.

As much as I love this story.. the fact that it was FORGOTTEN or IGNORED that the IMMORTAL Hulk can BREATHE underwater in order to kill him does bug me..

Not sure what I’ll jump to after FF. Nothing specific planned at the moment. Probably something modern. I’m definitely open to more silver age stuff tho in the future. I think I will stop my FF coverage at volume 5 which has the 3-part Galactus arc. Otherwise I’d have to go to volume 10 to finish the entire Stan/Jack run.

I have Fantastic Four #25 with Hulk vs Thing..& i remember it being one of my favorite all time FF issues.. the Hulk is my favorite Marvel Comics characters & i enjoy EVERY appearance.. especially fighting the Thing Btw i love that Human Torch is STILL wearing his bandages while flamed on during his battle with Hukl in FF #26!

November 2024: have ordered a copy through my public library 🎉🎉🎉 Saga 1-9 amongst a few other pivotal documents (Becoming by Michelle Obama, The Meaning of Mariah Carey) helped get me through covid and the Jan 6 terrorist attack on Washington

I actually had a whole idea around that book. I need someone with more time on their hands to read all those issues, also Superman’s Pal Jimmy Olsen, and collect all the funny stupid moments for me, and then I’ll just do a 1-2 hour super cut video on all the ridiculous stuff that happens.

Some are real bad (FF #30, the Diablo one). Some a pretty good tho and I think in hold up to modern issues, the Hulk vs Thing stuff in this volume is kind of fun (FF #25-26) and the Namor issue (FF #27).
