The churn and burn logic vs holding only makes sense if you as a store owner can receive enough product to actually churn.

Right now that’s definitely the case, but over the past 2 years booster boxes were selling in case form for wholesale prices. Surging sparks was really the first set that was even close to msrp, and many people ordered early enough to only pay $100 per box.

There is always a correction which is why I'd suggest buying what you like, and buying a little extra to open down the road when the nostalgia hits. Right now all the investment people are pumping prices to each other. Normal people aren't buying over $400 booster boxes. Eventually that reality will hit. How long it takes is anyone guess.

In essence it is not because a booster box is $400 that you can now sell the 20 you have bought 2 years ago by just putting them for sale. You have to drip the sales which takes time so you don t crash the market because you are one hair away from the next seller to cut his price and then people panic and sell all they have

I think more is being ripped than stashed alot of newbies just don't have it in them to wait it out especially with amount of teen/young adult investors entering. I've seen a lot of posts just asking really common sense questions and talk about how they ripped their investment lol.
