Huge buffet. Loved the Grill and make your own noodle soup. You made me so nostalgic for the Canadian beef jerky. I remember that box wrapped in plastic that my mom used to buy in Chinatown. All 5 of us kids loved it. I wonder if it is still available in Canada? I wondered why you skipped the frog legs. All the fruits are canned, so buy a can of each and keep in your fridge. Full? It must have been that soda that filled you up.

Those crawfish are very good for imported frozen crawfish. The problem with most boils in vegas is that they boil everything unflavored and add in some extreme flavors in the sauce in the bag. So, the crawfish will honestly not have any flavor, since it wasnt cooked with spices, it just coats the exterior shell.

In California, I believe there are at least two other Hibachi buffets but LV Hibachi one is considered "Supreme" probably since DTM graciously paid a visit there. Cali Hibachi even has mongolian fried rice, where you can substitute noodle with rice.

It's a bad area so commercial rents are cheaper and they can afford to use space not meant for dining space. The building they're in used to be a grocery store that closed over 10 years ago
