Awesome talk. Many thanks for this! From an IT startup perspective it seems to fit perfectly to Roger Martin's talks about strategy as a part of 2&3 of the five key choices in the Strategy Choice Cascade.

Thanks for this! But design is not only happening within the solution space and it should be the shared responsibility with product management to understand if we are designing the right thing. Design is about understanding and solving problems.
