Besides the one mishap with the snare, in the beginning, this was absolutely astonishing. As a cellist myself, this is very impressive, and an unfortunate mishap with the snare like that making a bit of a sharp scratching sound sometimes just happens.

Awesome! Is this "just" the violin/piano version by Saint-Saens' with the cello part transcribed down an octave, or a different version? Anything done to the piano part?

I think this piece better suited for violin but she did a really fine job!

I like the cello actually more than a violin, its got that darkness the theme deserves.
