Hello, today I am sharing a delicious recipe with you, it's so good that you can't stop eating it ...
a giant potato pancake stuffed with minced meat with cheese for more softness and fondant, a good meal that is easy to make and that will please the whole family ;-)

ingredients:
800 grams of boiled potatoes
1 egg
salt and pepper
parsley
200 grams of flour approximately

for the minced meat filling:
olive oil
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
300 grams of minced meat
salt / pepper / paprika / chilli / parsley
a few slices of cheese for sandwiches
grated cheese

Bonjour ☺️ pour cette recette choisissez des pommes de terre à chair ferme tel que la bintje si la pâte colle trop après avoir ajouté de la farine n'hésitez pas à en rajouter petit à petit jusqu'à obtention d'une pâte pas trop collante et facilement malléable. Aidez vous aussi d'une feuille de papier cuisson comme sur la vidéo pour facilité le travail. N'hésitez pas à me laisser des retours si vous rencontrer quelques problèmes durant la réalisation de cette recette ou d'une autre de mes recettes ☺️🌺
