Hello, today I'm sharing a delicious recipe with you, it's so good and easy to make that you can't stop eating it ...
A giant chicken-stuffed potato pancake with lots of cheese, peppers, spices for a delicious meal that's easy to make and sure to please the whole family :-)

ingredients:
850 g of hard boiled potatoes
1 egg
salt pepper
parsley
250 to 350 g of flour according to the absorption of the potato if the dough sticks too much do not hesitate to add more flour

for the chicken stuffing:
oil
200 g of chicken breast
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
a small red pepper
a small green pepper
a tablespoon of crème fraîche
salt, pepper, curry, paprika
a few slices of sandwich cheese
grated cheese
