You should scratch away the finish somewhere on that olight aluminum and show us how it naturally turns back to the tan color, as you said.

A KZbinr named Pardon My English grinded the new Arkfeld with a rotary sander. It's regular silver looking aluminum color under the olive drab coating.

I have a lot of lights from Olight but I really don't like their Chinese influence. They heavily screen their social media comments and block people who talk bad about a product. If they could just take criticism like every other company I would respect them more.

My every day care Olight i5R eos and in my vehicles I carry Freyr with cone with it I find it super useful on fire calls with and the strobe mode gets the attention of the one that a little to much drink in them. And I have a murader for going outside on the ranch and a warrior X for back door and mom has 6 of those Obulbs which has been used in the house for extra light camping and out on the back deck on blue the deer come investigate.

the dumbest thing olight ever did was introduce multiple DIFFERENT magnetic chargers. Good job olight for completely ruining the simplicity of having a SINGLE UNIVERSAL magnetic charger for all devices. Now i have THREE different magnetic chargers that ONLY work with the appropriate corresponding product. Did you really like having ONE magnetic charger in your truck? Well, SCREW YOU CUSTOMERS. NEVER will I buy another POS CHINESE light again

It’s a cool light but they give you a cord that can’t even reach a plug I don’t know why everybody gives you charging cords that are 1 foot long what are you supposed to do with that
