Growing up around my grandfather’s wood shop (back in the Sears days), Craftsman was pretty much all we used. For a few years after Sears sold them, they really went downhill, but I have to say that I’ve been pretty impressed recently with some of their newer tools. Many even seem to use the same components as DeWalt (which isn’t surprising considering that they have the same parent company). It definitely seems like they’re trying to revive the brand some by using some higher quality materials. Though I wouldn’t quite put them on Milwaukee’s tier, they’re definitely leaps and bounds above Harbor Freight these days.

Was looking at this or getting something that uses fluke connect to use my phone as a 'remote screen'. Looked awesome, but from my understanding it requires a subscription? Even to just send the reading to my phone?
@dansproshopКүн бұрын
Fluke connect is free. You get the basic functionality that you’re looking for. Check out this video for more detail! Fluke 378FC, Full review and function test. Best on KZbin!!! kzbin.info/www/bejne/rYXTYmRod6-UgNk

@@dansproshop Thanks for the clarification. Looks like for what I do, the 3000FC might be a better choice then the 233. Lower price point, and the remote screen access which (I think) won't be needed much. Plus seems like the other benefits you get with Fluke Connect would be useful. Thanks again!!

Perfect! - I have a 2023 GMC Sierra and faced with the same issue. I need a 12V power supply for my RV backup camera. Being my Sierra has bucket seats and full console, I'm going to have to locate it in a different place. Possibly somewhere in the panel below the "start" push button switch, if there is enough room. Thanks for providing such a great video.

How does the misses like that Dominator seat? It looks great! But the real question for me is how is it for the passenger? Will she enjoy it on a longer trip?

Nothing beats the comfort of the tour pack set up for the passenger. This set up is much more for me! lol

This takes engineering? I did the same thing for my bedroom door when I was like 9, using 2 nails, a 9 volt battery, string, and a paperclip. And wire. It looks like you just bought some components and slapped em on the door. I'm sure youre a fine engineer, but this is a really bad example to use to show it.
