It also might be stated that people do not know that the setting in HARDWARE on the radio might just be set to multi instead of the required CSRF. There is an easy to follow video on you tube that explains how to revert back

No, it will cause not change to the normal use of the radio.

Devs have also added via UART method on the configurator so if you still want to go the FTDI way, you can do so without any source code editing. It should be available on the next release. Tip: typing CMD on the address bar of the current open folder should open up a prompt on that folder.. Tip: double-clicking the recover.bat file should also automatically do this for you.. ;)

Nice, never new that about the cmd thing. The reason I didn't suggest just double clicking is if it fails it just opens and closes the command window (helps with troubleshooting) The first few times I was trying to work through this exposed some issues with needeing pyton installed on my pc. But the way the update works now is working good now.

I have a t pro v2 jumper, and when I restart my internal module it works, but when I bind it, the image hangs, when I exit and return to lua script it hangs, and keeps loading, the edge tx firmware files that you mentioned in the video are no longer available for download, and the tutorial for updating the radio's internal module on the expressrls website is not working

From what I understand they are now shipping with the boot pad connect to the switch like I have done. But I don't have one to confirm. I still don't recommend this radio to anyone. Bad design from the switches to start with.

The trick with the Wire from that Pad to the Trigger gave me Issues with the Trigger. And now my Jumper won´t turn on Again

My radio got so screwed up from this. It’s so darn frustrating. You plug in the usb now and it just keeps restarting over and over again. You can’t even shut the radio off now without removing the batteries. Mine is definitely toast.

And I just got new happy model Mobula7 with elrs and it won’t bind with my t-pro. I don’t know how to do and even though bfc it won’t work I’m really confused

Thanks for this video. This issue I'm having with this radio is somehow I made it so it show up on my wifiwon't anymore. It did earlier today but now I can't get it to work so I can bind it. I wonder if I do this method if I could fix it? Or if I have my radio actively funning if there would be a way to use part of this video to fix my wifi!

My bet is that the firmware on the internal module is messed up. This is one of the 2 ways to fix it. If you go into the elrs Lua does it show any data?

Yea, you need to push new fw to your internal moduel.

Thank you for your video. I have a question. My jumper t pro was putting out a wifi signal. But after trying to usb passthrough the firmware (I just learned you are not supposed to do the firmware update that way). I used this method to reflash the it again. But Now when I tried to do it via WiFi it will no longer put out a visible signal to connect to. Anny suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Basically got it back to where I can use the wifi to reflash but not getting a signal.

It should put out a wifi signal. If you entered your ssid and home wifi password it won't show as it's own device at 10.0.0.1. You home router will assign a ip address to it and the elrs configurator should show it at the bottom of the page and it's specific ip address

TweetFPV, unfortunately for me it didn't work, I even tried to reinstall opentx on the internal t-pro jumper, I did all the steps again, configured the control, downloaded the lua script and saved it to the card and when I go to the expresslrs folder on the control I only see ? ???? in this case, will I get it only via FTDI?

It should work but the ftdi is the sure fire way to force the flash.
