As a preschool teacher I just wanted to say to keep up the great work. You're choosing games based on his interest, acknowledging what he sees, asking him about what things are and "correcting" him when repeating his words with correct pronunciation, and encouraging him to talk. All these things contribute in a good way to his learning both about the things he's interested in, and his language proficiency. You seem to be a great dad! This made me tear up to be honest. Ever since I was around 6, I've watched Dan and he's inspired me to play games, and ive learnt a lot. It inspired me to show others about games, and play it with them. Watching this, and seeing Dan inspire his own child to play, reminded me of how he taught me. Can’t believe how much time has passed. I remember watching Dan back in the laboratory days. Dr. Trayarus and Grim always being in the videos reviewing cool mods and doing awesome adventures. I’ve been watching Dan since I was 9 years old. I’m now 19, almost in my 20’s. I grew up watching this man and to now see him teach his son to play games I grew up watching Dan play is so emotional to me. But I also feel so old 😂

Bro.. After years of watching Dan play a plethora of games and doing many other activities which helped me learn English at a young age I brainstormed a lot to pick which video is his best and I have to admit that THIS video was the best video he has ever made. Dan used to be a guy living in a small space in England, doing Minecraft modded videos and just giving us a great way to kill some time. And now, he’s a father of this hilarious innocent boy named Asher. I hope when Asher grows up looks back at who his father was and what he did. He might not follow in his footsteps however I’m sure he’d make a great man in the future.

The fact that dan hasn’t showed Asher’s face shows how much he values his personal privacy exposure. Most families that are on yt immediately upload a video about their new baby or somethin. This just deserves high respect, for all his hard work I hope Asher turns out great older when he looks at all of dan’s work. I remeber watching Dan in 2014 all the way to 2019 and then I stopped after that but his growth never stopped. Your content is something I will truly remember for my entire life. The time that I met Dan at the 2017 Sydney Luna Park show in October, when he ran down the isle at the beginning and high fived my hand... from that point on, that was the best moment of my life. hands down probably my favorite video Dan has made recently. possibly ever, although his old lab videos have a lot of nostalgia and are hard to beat... either way, i loved this, Asher is amazing and i hope one day he'll grow up and see what an awesome father he has
