Window Cleaner recipe is:- recycle a spray bottle and put in some white vinegar (or Lavender infused vinegar) and add a tsp of liquid soap - I use Dr. Bronners. Add a couple of drops of essential of choice if just using plain vinegar.

My gosh, that's quite a bit to go through. I'm so happy you both took a 'time out' as you both work so very hard and always 'on the go'. You both GIVE so much, and we are so GRATEFUL for it! Hello, Unfortunatly your accidents did come in threes but you seem in good health now. We are what we eat is definatly true. I have been ensuring that I eat more wholefoods and include dulse and flaxseeds for omega 3. I had been very lazy with my vegan diet but feel so much lighter with the brain fog dissapearing lately. What a beautiful home and Garden you have and your furry friends and hens are adorable. The dogs have wonderful personalities and incredible freedome, they are a joy to see in your lovely films. I'm so glad you and Lol are feeling better. That must've been so scary! My mother also had fallen a few times before, and she was weak due to elevated liver enzymes. She had to be taken off her high cholesterol medication. You are so hard working, so please take care out there in your garden! Oh! Miracles have happened! For the 1st time since October, I see soil and dead weeds and grasses in my meadows! What a contrast from the deep snows we've been buried under. I love this video, and you are not alone in the accident department. I had a few injuries this past week and now am good to go, the soil is still frozen with mud on the surface, so no real garden cleaning for me but I thank you for the idea of liver cleanse, I feel the need to do a complete make-over of me this Spring. Here in Canada 🇨🇦 we are at least a month from being able to dig into the ground. We still have snow and the ground is frozen, but I can feel the warmth of the sun a bit. The month of March is usually a mess of snow, rain and a little more sunshine which I welcome with open arms. Cheers to spring time and clearing out all which needs to go. It's liberating!! When washing your windows , make the water very soapy , wet the windows a lot with it, then get your cloth , wrap around your index finger and make a sort of backwards 7 around the top edge and the side of the window frame, then grab your little squeegie and run it from that dry part at the top you just wiped to the bottom of the window and it will save you a lot of time and much less effort ❤️ Thank you for your videos, they are a joy to watch and so informative x all the best

PS - forgot to say how much I appreciate and enjoy your videos. I’m so glad I found you. My grandmother of Irish and Scots descent carried on the old herbal ways in the mountains of northeast Alabama on her family’s farm in the early 1900’s. She made tinctures, teas, salves, soaps, and utilized a spring cleanse that involved the first spring leaves of Polk Salat. I’ve tried to remember the things she told me about. Your films are beautifully done with lovely music, wonderful natural lighting, and fantastic information. If I were to be at all stressed, I could go back and watch any one of them and suddenly feel at peace and relaxed. My word! You both had quite a spell there with things going on. So very glad you're both much better now. I'd love to be able to get some outside things done, however this week we're supposed to be in the 20s F (that's below zero C) during the nights and not much warmer during the daytime. Our Spring weather will hopefully arrive next month.

You certainly have been in the wars Terri - glad to hear that you (and Lol) are feeling better. You have certainly inspired me to do some post-winter clearing up in the garden and do some cleansing of my body! I am waiting to see the doctor as I think I may have hypothyroidism and certainly feel very sluggish - thyroid problems are very prevalent in my family. Also, very sadly, my lovely tabby cat has been diagnosed with Stage 2 kidney disease. She is still thankfully well in herself but are there any herbs which you could recommend to slow the progress of the kidney failure? I love all your videos Terri ❤

Sorry you feel so sluggish - definitely try and cleanse your liver as a stagnant liver can lead to thyroid issues. If I was you I would find a naturopath or a herbalist because they will treat you holistically. Poor cat - I am not really very knowledgeable about pet health but I am trying Cinnamon with our cat for diabetes and kidney issues. Also make sure she is drinking lots to keep the kidneys and the body hydrated. Good luck and be well xx

It's heading on to 3am here in Oz, i was woken up by a possum in the house, the sweetie came in through the front door left open for the cats. Got her/him out by gentle coaxing but it was exciting so happened on to your video. Sorry to hear of your troubles, certainly you were in the wars for a time, glad you are ok now. Wheat grass is so easy to grow…will be trying that! Have a good safe week. Sending positive energy your way❤️Also wanted to add that I am on a mission to reduce my use of plastic…have been using Earth Breeze laundry sheets and I absolutely love them, Airnex dish washing sponges..they are plastic free and biodegradable,and lastly shampoo and conditioner bars for silver hair which eliminates plastic bottles! They are like a bar of soap and my hair is so soft and full. Again have a good safe week.

Oh my goodness! Sorry to hear about your recent injuries. I hope you heal right up. Good to use those spring herbs popping up around the yard and garden. Nettles is one of my main herbs. I've read nettles is the most nutritious plant we have. I don't know about that but I certainly have faith in nettles for food and medicine. Cleavers grows well here too. I do use cleavers in tea. - - - Here it will be about a month before leaves show up on the trees. Right now I'm just glad to see the snow diminishing. Maybe in a few weeks the snowdrops will be blooming. Take care. Cheers!
