Following on from last week, here are some other tips that you can use alongside your nervine herbs. Earthing or grounding is hugely important and studies show it has immense positive impact on your health. Yoga is something everyone can do - even if just for a few minutes like me and the Vagus nerve can easily be stimulated to help restore and rejuvenate.
