My favorite sushi roll is an uni-ika temaki with shiso - tsukimi style. That's thread cut raw squid mixed with sea urchin gonads combined with a lemony mint leaf in a handroll with a raw quail egg on top.

You can get all the items on the AYCE menu we had a couple friends behind the camera so they allowed more dishes at a time for filming

The quality of fish at this place is like 5/10. I was pretty disappointed when I went March 2024. Unagi had bones, I spit out the metallic bitter Uni, Salmon was kinda fishy too. There are better AYCE places around Vegas
