I absolutely loved this video! I liked how it was different from your other videos, in that you just ate small amounts of various foods, rather than one big challenge. It was a good way to "tour" the menu and share with us what the food was like. The portions made me think of a degustation meal. Best way to enjoy food. Thanks Katina!

This is amazing. Katina enjoys this brunch buffet with the skill and grace of a debutante at the dinner table. Almost inconceivable this is the same Katina that can consume two 80 oz porterhouse steaks and trimmings at one sitting!! Great video!!! Love your posts!

Whenever I watch one of these, I'm reminded of an uncle I met once when we were looking at colleges (1973/1974.) He worked moving offices and would often hire the local high school football team and worked them hard for pay and a meal at the end of each day. If there was one, he'd take them to an all you can eat buffet and turn them loose. In one case, the place ran out of some items the first day, it happened sooner on the second day, and on the third there was a sign stating the place was closed. But, I guess that is what happens when a horde of hungry growing teens meets free food.

things have definitely changed since I went to vegas. I remeber prime rib and lobster tail buffet dinners for 19.99 that was just 15 years ago. looks good but goodness thats expensive for a brunch.

I wish the Paris buffet was open! There were only 2 open along the strip at the time I was there, Wicked Spoon and Bacchanal! I stayed at the Paris resort though! Gorgeous hotel/casino!

I'm not a buffet fan, even in Vegas. We like the Terrace Cafe at The Wynn and Emeril's restaurants are all so good. However, I do like the buffet desserts simply because I can have a dozen different kinds of desserts. I like sweets. You are a very brave eater Katina. One time I had dinner at a place called rodizio grill and I ate meat for 2 hours straight. My friends were amazed, I was just really hungry. 💪

The eggs are baked in an oven, I make them a lot, beat egg whites till stiff peaks, spoon out on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, make a little place to put the yolks, bake 3 minutes then add yokes and bake till desired yoke doneness

This really isn't the sort of place you would get cut off at, it is meant to be a flavorful and elegant experience as opposed to gorging yourself. They purposefully individually plate things to make it difficult to eat a lot in a short period of time, but that is just fine as it was all REALLY well prepared!
