Kinda off topic from this video but i was just watching lamont holts channel and took a look for part 2 of his interview with nigel and its not posted yet and i realised that its probably not gonna be posted for a long ass time if not ever because aaron and nigel are supposedly putting a case together against carlos etc. and they cant mess with a ongoing investigation etc. sucks really wanted to see part 2 of that interview. Id imagine its all about carlos .

Pretty sure it's already filmed but I've been thinking the same thing. Either they got some NDAs or they're waiting on the case to finalize. Or maybe Lamont is having to edit it a bunch. Although the only reason I see for Nigel not okaying the upload is because of a legit case against Pedlos. So yeah might be waiting awhile. On top of that shit, I really wanted to see another Nigel episode for everything else too. The Ricky one was actually good.

In my hood in the 80s if someone called you a poser it was usually just an invitation to throw hands, had nothing to do with skate ability or how you carried your board, everyone skated too. The real posers were at the beach, the guys that had the nice threads and nice cars with pristine new surfboards on expensive racks but never got wet. Those are the definition of Poser.

I disagree about the mongo pushing, while it looks ugly (I don’t push like that anymore), I found it easier to set up for tricks, and my popping leg didn’t get tired from pushing.

I made a video on exactly why for 99% of skaters pushing with your back foot is alot better for setting up using a few examples. Theres always exceptions to the rules tho

@@d_trick89I started at like 3yr old and that was the only way I could figure out to push. The way I threw down, which hand, made more sense that way too. Besides looking ugly I never had any trouble setting up for anything. Realized right before I quit at like 15yr old that it was wrong. I started back at 21 and legit had to make myself push regular and it took forever to figure it out. It looked like I was pushing switch for over a year. Quit again, started back last year at 35 only I started back goofy footed cuz if I had to relearn everything, might as well do it switch and then go back to regz. Mongo sets you up good for switch push lol. If you're learning to skate or dropping more hammers than anyone else anywhere near you then mongo is fine. Honestly it's fine anyways, do whatever you want. There were never supposed to be rules. Posers, Preps and Kooks followed rules.

When i was originally skating in the early 2000s, mall grabbing wasn't a thing, literally everyone carried their boards like that...only kids who talked up their skating ability and actually sucked were called out for being posers

Honestly your skater trainer commercial is so cringe and over the last few years I've seen that commercial too many times. I'm stuck getting your videos in my algorhythm lately and realizing its you. but learning stationary isnt the way to go. Even though i know I learned that way as a kid. You seem like a good dude so now I know who the guy in the vid is.

The girl skaters I’ve seen at the park are all actually pretty good tbh I can tell the new ones are intimidated but who isn’t when they start?😂 I told myself if anybody bothers me I’ll just tell em I’ll kick your ass. Never even came to that 🤷🏾‍♂️ nobody really cares . They’re either in their own zone & completely ignoring you or they might even stop to give you a pointer.
