Honestly, chess now feels like an anime. Gukesh is the main protagonist, with Danya, Nodirbek, Arjun, Dennis, Nihal, and Prag as the supporting heroes. Meanwhile, Hikaru, Fabi, Nepo, Firouzja, and Magnus make up the top 5 antagonists-Magnus being the classic fallen hero.

If he was not banned from last game, and if he had won, he would be tied with 15th spot. Just one point behind lead. And yeah that's very achievable for Magnus. Anyways thats moot now that he left. I am happy Arjun has a chance to actually win and qualify for candidates.
