Kootra never lived in the Creature House, as stated in one of his official statement, and many times in creature talk (in Creature Talk Ep67 "NO KOOTS!", Dan pointed out how people still thought Kootra lived in the Creature House). He had his apartment and moved once into a different one (there's a moving koots video), and now he and Monica bought their own house (in one of his update video). So no, Kootra doesn't and never lived in the Creature House, old and new one.
