It's definitely got a power in this stripped down, naked version that the original couldn't capture. Glenn has got one of the voices I've ever heard. But the instrumentation in a lot of his work is almost like he want you to have to dig for the power of his words. Especially, everything after Danzig IV.

Your singing as if you are talking. You need to sing in the correct octave or change key. I know a guy who sings everything like this. He is thirty years into his so called music career and he hasn't made it past open mic night. He is a serious victim of the Dunning Kruger effect. The average person might say this is good but serious musicians and singers would say you need some hard work and better understanding of how to use your voice. Don't practice in public. Sorry.. but criticism will make you a better singer. I also thought I could sing thirty years ago. At least now I know a little more about how much there is to know about music and singing.
