I love the dynamic of that first scene: Daphne is playing with her beard and just daring Fred to make a comment. Velma tries to warn him off, but, as we know he must, Fred takes the bait. I look forward to every episode, just to see what Daphne's new quirk will be.

Aw, Okay I love Scooby-Doo this may not be may favorite adaption or even art style but this Version of Daphne is so funny. She reminds me so much of me but I haven't even gotten a beard yet. My mom told me flat out no. She said No to my fake mustache and I was hurt because she didn't want me wearing it in public. I'm like LET ME BE ME. This version of her I'd so different than what we're used too. She's really quirky and confident in who she is. So taking the confidence she already long had and making her silly and weird was amazing.

I hate the artstyle but props to them for making Daphne something more than just "the chick". It's great to see her with this new quirkier personality. It's also nice to see horribly corny songs play during chase scenes again.
