Trading with only minor monitoring might not give a pleasant result. But if you follow up your trades to time the market correctly and consistently buy when prices are low and sell when they are high,This strategy will obviously yield much higher returns than simply holding a trade over time, but it also requires the ability of a trading specialist to correctly gauge the market.

You must not be a trader. If you were, you know that our biggest pet peeves (meaning, the traders like us who have put in the hard work, lost for years, faced depression and every other psychological hurdle you can imagine, lost our money, our families even, but still stuck with it until we became successful), the nitty gritty traders like us absolutely hate people who pose like they're successful traders. Us traders also have a sixth sense for posers, by how they talk, carry themselves. My sixth sense tells me that this guy probably does have money, but it doesn't come from trading. He has a decent knowledge of the craft, and is using that knowledge to create a trading discord business to make money off beginner traders. And I'm basing this not just off this interview, but other videos where I've seen with him bragging about his wealth and how great he is. Self-promotion, really. And suckers buy into that self-promotion, but traders like myself, who have gone through the wringer, we can see right through it. On one of his videos he said he made $95 million in one year day trading. Some HEDGE FUNDS can't even achieve that, with all of their algorithmic, automated bots and room full of quant traders. Come on bro..... I hope I'm wrong about him, but I doubt it.

Lol he gave him a whole hour to run around the question of "where did the 150 million come from", this guy answered everything but that question. Ask any legitimate fund manager or investor and they will quickly tell you how they got to 9 or 10 figures in less than 3 minutes. From that point on you can go back to the beginning and go through the trials and tribulations, the good and bad moments, get some wisdom from them etc... but when you can't answer a simple question without adding in all this extra stuff trying to convince people you're telling the truth, I don't blame him. He was gracious enough to allow this guy to go on for an hour dodging a question that was asked at least 5 times. The guy even tripled back on stories he had already told just to avoid answering the question. I'm not saying he doesn't have it although I don't believe he does but if he is handling 150 million, it's not through trading and he must be up to some shady sh*t with the way he answered these questions and touching his face, wiping invisible sweat, there's no papertrail etc...

Not here to judge. Just want to express my observations. Daps appears to be in a league way beyond Rizdom. Too many questions Daps was asking that Riz has no idea about, or only has the faintest of ideas. Riz appears to be quite skeptical of the "bullshit" he's hearing from Daps. Maybe that ain't racism, but to have delayed the interview as stated at the beginning, and kept on staring side glances, displaying terrible body language, giving annoying one-liners, and asking pointedly about the 150m again and again, you just have to get the hint stuffs are aloof on Riz. The podcast was sustained only because Daps was so full of life and willing to share his story about where he is now. 1:12:00 Riz truly came up with what was bordering him. But his build-up was just terrible and it watered down his engagement, even rendering it confrontational at some points. 1:21:30 Riz, that was a very weak outro. Glad Daps took the bull by the horn and close on a high note. Note: Naija hustle knows no bound. We don't have just the bad eggs dragging Nigeria in the mud. He has taken us from the early stages of his struggle and loss of capital to his development of skill phase to his grand success phase. This kind of vulnerability and honesty I appreciate. And to those of you who doubt his sincerity or the validity of his courses, why even bother to listen to this, or any such interviews? People tend to forget that this is not a get rich over-night process. Notice that he said he has been in the business for twelve years, and his early years were not his most successful. This process will take time and trials and pain before progress, so if that is not your cup of tea, then move on to other income earning opportunities out there. Furthermore, for those who discredit his charging for courses, why don't you ask Harvard and Stanton Universities why they charge for their courses. It is guaranteed that neither of these institutions of learning will give away their knowledge and skills for free.

This accusing, and cross-examining....??? If its false, let us find out on our own. We dont watch this to see people get backed up against the wall. This isnt the first interview where you press on truth vs fake. one almost walked out on you. You come across very harsh. This was sand paper on sand paper type of action, it was rough to watch. Be like joe rogan, let em talk, we dont watch these interviews to know what YOU think, but what your INTERVIEWEES think. So just bring 20 glasses and let them fill as much as they want with what they got to share. Every once and a while guide the conversation if they go too far from the subject matter you want.... unless you want all your interviews to be about fake vs real, if so im unsubscribing. just some advice....

Or better yet, reach out to Dapo to show you some deeper things personally. That's how you also forge lasting friendships. The podcast isn't the only thing that counts tbh. Relationships are everything. Great work Riz, Great work Dapo. In addition, as a person of color, we all know how our cultures can be. If something doesn't have a price tag, our people don't respect it. $99 isn't anything to anyone. So having a course from his glory days run at that paltry sum isn't anything. Just another source of income. Can sort out fuel for cars or something. Lol. That said, Riz, reach out to him and let him show you personally; man to man. Cheers.

because Dapo Willis is faking it still he makes it... First off... All professional traders are registered and regulated and it's out for the public to see due to false claims and phishing individuals like Dapo Willis... Dapo Willis is not regulated or registered under any regulatory... Second he doesn't say the name of the capital.... All professional traders tell you where they manages asset at... To begin with... And they are registered as a controlled function individual under the Capital firm... Dapo Willis is not... no AUM can be given to any individual unless you have a proper set-up which takes years to build up... Yet no auditor can testify or a third party administrator can testify for Dapo Willis... And he doesn't even have a Bloomberg subscription for news terminal which most hedge fund traders use.... Dapo Willis course is a narration of baby pips analysis and strategies... No global macroeconomics, no fundamentals and a proper research on asset classes before going long or short... And he doesn't even brief u guys about hedging strategy.... A lot of things about Dapo Willis is false... And too long to type down.... My best advice is learn corporate finance so you will learn how hedge funds, private equity, mutual fund and investment banking really works, so you will have financial depth before a false person comes out of the blue giving y'all false claims.... He can't prove it.. even with an ID card at lleast..... Remember Bernie Madoff 60 billion ponzi scheme that went on for 2 decades... More people are even worst that Dapo...

When you grow up in a family where your grandfather is a top leader of a country especially in Africa you will have access to a different level of opportunities because of the family ties. Yea I did indeed. But Umar Ashraf had publicly provided verified proof of funds and profits so that’s a HUGE difference. Also as mentioned on the podcast we are talking about doing those sort of returns on sizeable capital going into $10’s millions.

@@wordsofrizdomAnd Umar manages his own funds unlike Dapo, so don’t expect him to provide such receipts. Come on Riz you really disappointed us on this.

@wordsofrizdom hey Riz big fan here. The comparison to Umar is definitely applicable, verified or not. Unfortunately there was a time roughly 4-6 weeks ago where you said that it’s not your job to vet these traders it’s your job to give them the platform to speak their stories. Having some doubts is okay, but to allow it to come across on camera is completely different my friend. It is your podcast & you own it, that is correct, but your feelings and emotions are seeping through. When you questioned Raja on his broker and he almost walked off you were still patient, it seems as though you were attempting to rush Dapo to provide the information that you were looking for unlike other podcasts not only where you allowed them time, but also seemingly believed them. Unfortunately, The energy was not there for this one Riz. Don’t bring them on if they bring bad energy for you. Your followers pay attention to you not only for being a trader, interviewer & entrepreneur, but also a fair & just human. Follow through on the intentions that you had when you first began or just vet everyone before coming on the podcast. Stay Blessed Riz 🙏🏿

Riz, I appreciate your honest skepticism and asking real questions. I for one believe Dapo's story. Sometimes, who you know gives people a massive springboard in life. Not to mention there is no shortage of money in the world. Getting connected with the right firm can yield massive opportunities.

I respect Dapo Willis a lot. He is not greedy. He makes so much money that he don't have to sale his course for much money at all. He has the cheapest course in the industry. The other forex Guru`s makes most of their money off of course sales so their prices are like $1000 to $2000 and up.

@@jeezy8360 I'm not helping him at all. I was pointing out that his course is cheap because he don't need the money. He makes most of his money from trading.

They don't always believe till it's done, even Riz doesn't believe his story even after all said, I guess cuz of his background a Nigerian? he probably thought it's scam money or money laundry shi, so much unspoken stigma going on in a video, but I like d way he handled n responded to his questions, so professionally done, or maybe I just read between d lines a little too much...

Omo you no lie. They think all Nigerians are scammers, smh!!! Those of us that put our head down and put in the work get the short end of the stick. Dude was questioning how Daps was able to get people to invest without being registered lol omo, we different in Africa, if you can turn 1 loaf of bread into 5 shiiiii I'm giving you 100 loaves lol

Nothing to do with being Nigerian at all. It’s to do with the story that was covered. No proof or verification. Just because I don’t believe it doesn’t mean others have to copy me. Believe we you please

@@wordsofrizdom If you needed proof, you could have asked and confirmed privately before bringing him on the podcast. Even the title suggests you had a suspicion and making that suspicion obvious to everyone whilst also bringing him on to speak tells me you have an agenda otherwise why bring someone you suspect to your podcast? Is it just a content scheme ? Now I am the one suspicious of your intentions.
