Just to echo another comment what a podcast that was 👌🏽 was nodding my head in agreement the entire episode relating to doing the exact same shit too thinking the exact same thoughts in terms of well maybe I wasn’t that bad maybe a few beers down my old local won’t hurt .. man the mind and ego is trying to catch you out every dammm day ! Not today ! Small steps in the right direction , on the other side of suffering is freedom ! dissolve that ego 👌🏽🙌🏾
