Let Me care for you. Let me handle EVERYTHING that concerns you. For you take on too much in your own strength. Yoke with Me. And even when you don't see your prayers answered when and how you like, always trust that I know EXACTLY what you need when! Rest more. Struggle less. Be at peace no matter what. For I AM your peace, not your circumstances. All things are possible with Me! The battle is heating up not just for your, but for My people everywhere. I AM preparing you for the days ahead. Please, if anyone is reading this, my dad has been a heavy drinker for about 20 years now, and his health is really bad right now, and he refuses to go to the doctor and get treatment! What a crazy, loving, sometimes scary world we live in. I lay here in my own home feeling love, kindness, compassion, and connection from and for persons o'er the world. God is the ultimate artist. I too have been having a hard time praying and hearing God's voice. I rebuke spirits blocking me in the name of Jesus and pray for my mind to calm and be quiet. I have decided to quit taking my anxiety meds that simply numb my brain. I'm doing great anxiety wise but my brain gets some thought going and will not calm and I can't seem to stay in prayer mode. Sin is a "wonderful" temptation. It always feels good at first. Once you're drawn in, you find yourself deeper and deeper in it. Sometimes it may not even be evident that your sin will cost you because like Paul mentioned, their consciousness is seared. I have seen the result of people who in high school, called themselves Christians turn to sin and do not want to stop. They have the "good life" and that's all they want. They do not see the price they are paying now:...gaining the whole world, but losing their own souls. One of my favorite pastors (Francis Chan) equated our lives and eternity by picking up a rope he had on stage and said something like, "This small part here is our lives now. All the rest of eternity is the rest of the rope and then some." Some of these people are telling themselves that God loves them so much He wouldn't throw them in hell or I prayed the prayer, so I have my "golden ticket" or something else. These are lies and have no basis in the Bible. Matt. 7:21 - "Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord' will enter into the kingdom of heaven." It will be a horrible day for them when they not only are told that Jesus never knew them, but also that they realized inside themselves that they knew they were sinning and not connected to God, but they decieved themselves. This is why we are called to "work out your salvation with fear and trembling". It is all about constantly seeking God's ways and denying ourselves, taking up our cross and following Him.
