I loved seeing Africans looking after Africans. Group economics, social services provided by the community for the community. That's how it should be. Ol' boy running a security firm needs to set quotas for non-Africans, but otherwise at least 80% of the guards should be Africans. You KNOW if it was the other way around that's how they'd do us. We need to put our people first, because everyone else does that and put us last.
