I love when he says in like 10 years, land will have appreciated. The mentality with the younger generation to get rich quickly makes us touch every other thing and we end up dying poor. I think we should copy these old men. The man is in his 60s but he is buying land with a target that in 10 years, that land will bring in millions. I wish I could get such patience.

Yet another amazing segment. Thank you. The only suggestion I would like to add is Reverend's point on corruption and prisons. Building more prisons is not the solution to corruption. Look at the U.S. prison is the system empowering a cycle of poverty within the minority communities. Corruption is woven within the system, making it even worse. For instance not too long ago, a housing company was convicted for steering money allocated for building affordable houses for the homeless, and this had been going on for years. Systemic corruption will always be a reality, but mass incarceration is definitely not the solution.

Hopefully this AMG will live true to the meaning of its creed. Many land buying companies in Kenya, (not all) start this way by building indisputable TRUST only a bombshell to explode afterwards. Just a thought, and I don’t mean AMG is this way, but going by some examples.

Buying 1/8 in that part is total bs. There is no development that will be coming that far for an 1/8. Unless you buy 2-3 acres.
