You can really hear him holding back and choking up when talking about vontae. For a lot of these guys, teammates are family, so it's almost like losing a brother, especially if they were close outside the field. It's scary to see these players dying at 35.

Might sound like stupid, and I don’t have experience with head trauma/depression, but you should try weed (smoking, not edibles), especially if you drink/use something currently to numb the pain

@mattneko4225 I was depressed for years, smoked a ton of weed/drank as well. Didn't help, actually added to the anxiety. Then I cut out sugar, added exercise and drink water everyday and have never felt better. But everyone is different, but I feel like alot of people struggling with depression need to evaluate their diet, because it's the fuel.

@@travdaddy777 excessive smoking can only hurt (as with most things in excess) but you’re right diet and exercise are paramount (before someone says they’re depressed, they should first consider those factors, because it oftentimes are the factors in their lives that may be CAUSING them to feel depressed, there’s countless studies on processed foods and of course alcohol doing such
