I use to work at the PD on the IOP. Have seen these two often together at the Windjammer. Jamming at the Jammer. Good Times!! Miss you Ed & Darius and the wonderful gang at the Windjammer. Their motto is "I'm on Island Time".

I wonder how much smaller Edwin's fanbase would be had Darius NOT recorded "Solitude" with Edwin back in the day... The only reason I found Edwin was because I was a Hootie fan, and wanted the album so I could listen to Solitude over, and over again! Had it not been for Hootie and the Blowfish fame, I doubt a lot of us would know who Edwin is. Thankfully, though, we got turned on to him! I am a HUGE Edwin fan... Got a couple of cover's of some Edwin songs I did myself.. Please check'em out! :)

Love Edwin's voice & soulful singing, not really a fan of Darius' vocals.. However, I do love this song and sing it often at Open Mic with my buddy.. Saw him at the Windjammer in Charleston SC last friday night...
