yeah it can take a while for labs to test for confirmation. they're usually very backlogged and petty shit often has less. priority. took about eight months for me to get a notice for a court appearance

I’m local to Franklin County. They got a new DA about a year ago and she is taking any and every case within the past 15 years.. They brought my buddy all the way from Tupelo Mississippi to Franklin County Tennessee for an old charge. He got back in 2012. It’s crazy there. I won’t be there again.

I know A LOT of people who kicked their addictions to Heroin and Fentanyl with the help of Marijuana and the products that are now legal. I don't like it myself, but I've seen several people on the doorstep of prison / death come back that still use pot. Different people have different opinions, a purist might argue that it is not really "sober" but it IS alive and free, and being able to work and take care of a family. Now the pills....? Not so sure. Depends on what was in them. Each person has a different opinion.

They don't need a warrant to search your vehicle anymore, This isn't twenty years ago. Now all they need is "probable cause, and these days, that could be anything.......Odor Emitting from the vehicle, false hit from a K9, etc. Nowadays they got you by the balls. I think what happened here was. They let him go. And then they realized who he was and figured it would be a cash grab if they just charged him a year later, which I don't understand how that is legal. I don't think his story about people moving and having him help the move. I don't think that story is very accurate. When, in fact, he has a book out that explains how he had a major drug problem for most of his life.
