I just wanted to say one thing from a very long time..I've seen many food vlogs but no one shows food like Priyanka Di..I mean she knows how to maintain the excitement till the end of videos..the way she focuses on food {the-closeups} makes us hungry while watching..At last I want u to know Priyanka Di.. Darjeeling is also indian. Refering the north India food as indian food is somehow offensive. I love your videos and watch all of them but I didn't like the thing that you addressed a part of indian food as main indian food. Darjeeling and other northeast India food is also indian 🥲

The flower is Rhododendron also know as Buransh or gurash!! It is used to make Rhododendron juice,tea,chutney and wine in Western and eastern Himalayan Regions of India!! I myself had tried Rhododendron juice in Uttarakhand and i quite liked it!! The juice was tasty and Local people were telling me that it is good for heart as well!! 😋

The one you showed we call it Iskush(squash)..It's one of the best veg grown in hilly regions..During its season it's sold at a very good rate..but like after dusherra its prices get dropped...we can even eat its root which is very popular and even the roots are sold at a very good rate..🙂

It is known as chayote internationally which is grown in hilly regions in some parts of Asia and it's very rare and hard to find....so we people from hilly regions of Darjeeling should value this veggie..💫💫💫

Love your vlogs...the name of the flower is Rhododendron...it is found in West Sikkim famously known as Barsey Rhododendron sanctuary. If you visit sikkim do try the guras wine.
