It's Ghost UI, I have had it a long time, not sure where to get it now.

maybe you should add 2 chatwindows in the upper corners for full immersive fov gameplay. good duels!

Thanks for the suggestion but I actually updated it so that if I need to block out the entire screen with chat I can just drag the chat upwards without getting in the way of my hot bars!
