I cannot see anybody without any gear in the video, maybe you mean basic load-out? But to reply: that they don't kill you instead / get their loot. Most people lobby dive naked turn out to be veterant players playing the gear score to their advantage. Nothing wrong with that. I've been killed wearing basic load out tons of times by epic geared players.
