Remember that primarchs can allocate wounds when they shoot and fight, so Dorn could ignore the cheeky artificer armor sgt. With his gun and go to normal guys.

Just checked the FAQ and this is what’s stated. Q. If a unit Falls Back after failing the Morale test as part of the Hold the Line Reaction and the roll to determine Charge Distance is sufficient to reach that unit, does that unit get an opportunity to Regroup? A. No.

Great game, but when the terminators failed their test to hold and fell back, you do NOT get another chance to test and regroup as per the FAQ. If you get caught, you die.

Nice one! So happy seeing IF winning! Joe forgot about two rules for Dorn- when he lost his tactical squad he could attack 2 more with Reaping Blow rule, and Furious Charge when he charge adding +2 to his S. And I am not sure if he could charge with dread on left flank after shooting rapid weapon bolter but I can mix something up. Always pleasure to watch you guys!

Beautiful Fists army!! Really nice Joe. Did the DA get two reactions in the Charge Phase? Or did the failed attempt to Brace against the Leviathan charging the DA Terminators not count as a Reaction that the DA could then Overwatch later in the same phase?

The combat against the Praetor and Retinue with the two contemptors at 1:17:49. You rolled eight dice but the Praetor held the line making the charge disordered for the first charge and the second charge was a multi charge so would have been disordered as well so would have been two less attacks. Also the Primarch controlling player choose where his hits are allocated. Was a good game regardless.

Can you explain why he could not have taken the Pretor's attacks on Dorn and not the unit to keep them alive? Seems silly that the pretor is base to base with Dorn and swings AP3 sword and he just removes marines....

Dorn could have taken all of the wounds if he wanted, it's up to the controlling player who takes wounds unless you have Precision Strikes.

Cenobium sargent ws6 and hits on 2+. Murderous strikes resolved before normal wounds from thqt pool. dorn hits companions on 3+. Hammer of wrath on leviathan. A lot of mistakes

Loving the battles, torn between the Angels losing and Fists being a cool composition. Looks like you both missed the Levy charges impact hits. Also the double fist Contemptor against the Angel tactical’s didn’t it win the combat? I couldn’t see if untie Angels took a leadership test for losing?
