Is the item on each pedestal supposed to represent a nightmare? We have an upside-down cross (Cultist Carnage), a plant (Vengeful Vegetation), and the items match the main color scheme for those nightmares too. The gear is probably for the mechanical nightmare we'll see in Chapter 3 (the teaser shows an enemy that looks like a robot). If this guess is right, we may have a science/space-themed nightmare in the future, judging by the last item (purple one). Also, the part where Bierce looks at Malak's Plant Food and goes "This is just blood!" is GOLD.

Why did they replace Teleport with Blockade? Since Father can also teleport, but he also have Blockade, Which we get Blockade is kind of bearable I think.. Although we can get Sandwich if we are cornered… I think after level 3 is here we might can some power that simulates to Primal Fear since Screechers can stun us if we look at them.
