Court of ravens is so good. The end of the first book got me in the feels. My favorite dark romance ever. The audiobook is done very well.

The Legacy of the Nine Realms gets better. I agree on the writing (only early in the series...it gets better), but I am obsessed with this series. I read a lot of books and this series is honestly top 5 for me.

I love love love the umbra king! It is the 2 books, however I believe there is going to be a book about Sam and his story which I am sooo excited for! I think there is a reference to it in The back of the “viciously yours” book!

Legacy of the Nine realms is a top tier series for me. It gets crazier and the hate gets stronger but man it's an amazing ride. Aria is my top fav fmc. I love the crudeness and the dark humor thrown in. The pineapple scene is something her readers all joke about. Most of us even have a pineapple on our shelves. If u decide to continue buckle up because it gets darker and you'll hate Knox. I wanted to reach in and smack them both so many times. Book 4 is my favorite and i cannot wait for book 6&7 to come out. Amelia Hutchins is such an amazing human and I'll read anything she writes. On a side note if it's not for u that's totally ok and I'll totally buy those special editions from you because i can't find them for a reasonable price lol i have the next 3 coming but i need these two. I'm hoping you enjoy it. It's the definition of enemies to lovers so just keep that in mind and remember to read the warnings because Amelia does a great job at warning you lol

Oo you should check out “Of Silver and Sin” by Kaytalin Platt!! It’s a new indie release and it’s AMAZING!! This is a romance fantasy that is darker and emotional but has spice, great plot, and amazing characters. Of Silver and Silver is about a monster, Ranemir, and a monster hunter, Tenele, being forced to team up together after some devastating events. Kaytalin Platt writing style had me hooked. She writes so effortlessly yet beautifully, you can’t help but continue on to the next chapter to know what’s next. I cannot rave about this fantasy romance enough!! 😊

Just because I'm a fanatic for Melissa's work...Legacy and Lady of Darkness are in the same universe not the same world. Devram is where story of the Legacy Series takes place and Halah (spelling) is the world where Lady of Darkness series takes place. Same pantheon of gods and such but it's a greater universe with multiple worlds.

I just finished A Touch of Gold and Madness last night and it was soooooooooo good. I cannot stop thinking about it! It took me like 20-30% to get really into it, but then I read the last 70% in a day 😂. There were some parts where I was like “WHY are you doing this!!!” And it was frustrating, but then everything makes sense eventually and it’s so fun to reflect back on. I’m shocked more people aren’t talking about this book! It is definitely dark though, so trigger warnings should absolutely be checked

I was waiting until after Lady of Darkness to read Rain of Shadows and Endings but this makes me want to skip that and dive in. 🤭 I also really liked The Coven but I think folks ignored the trigger warnings. The author tells folks that the MMC is a villain. Not morally get.. villain and with that mindset and totally taking him for his word…. I really enjoyed it.

Honestly. I feel like the author has basically said it’s probably going to be a quite a while before helfyre gets an audio book if it does. she is a smaller indie author. So she was like $ wise it’s just not feasible for her.

Lady of darkmess is so bad 😢 the first book is ok but i had to stop reading after the third book as my complaints about the book get worse in 4 and 5 reading the goodreads reviews. It could have been a 3 book series its so long winded and same samey

I read them all and it was so dragged out I started listening at 2.7 just to finish. After a while I didn’t even care.
