I just starting working with Kali Ma and she said she is going to help me find/ use my power. I’m still very much in the small me mindset. I do have moments or days when I’m too dark feminine and am deemed sassy or judgmental. I am currently working on balancing the two and really holding space and allowing my dark feminine energy to have her time. I have been in the survival mindset for way to long and now am working on my centered badass energy. ❤😊

Celebrating your process love♥️ and you’re amount of self awareness; awareness is always the first step then we can transform our mindset-actions from there. When I first worked with Kali she brought up A LOT and it was intense but looking back now I kind of miss that time as it was messy but also healing and awakening. Let yourself enjoy it! 🖤

I love going into a forest and screaming like a bear too.🐻 It feels so f*cking RAW and good to scream from my balls, but also so deeply painful. The moment the scream stops, I just cry like a river. And sometimes it feels like I could scream for days for the injustice on this planet... For the animal cruelty I've seen. I even had a punching bag for a certain time (I highly recommend it, especially when you need more than just screaming. It also goes well with wild music and punching it) I feel like this is more accepted for a man than for a woman, sadly I see woman being pushed into this rainbow 🌈 farting and always being kind looking and friendly kind of Imagine. I can see the lack of help for a woman to express that and not be judged, but everyone needs to go beyond the judgment of others to be truly free. Qigong also helps a ton. Like A TON. Same as frequency healing music (I like and trust meditative mind KZbin channel) I like your message. From what I've seen so far, I believe you lead those who are open and willing to be healed and helped by you, into a healthy direction. Btw Winter is great for the Wim Hof method 😉

Very powerful and I think important for all men (everyone really) to allow all emotions to be expressed in a healthy space. I actually never let myself express anger or rage in my life until just a few years ago, and really had to push myself until it eventually came through. A lot of conditioning as you said, to be a “good girl” who doesn’t get upset. Still more to do, enjoying the journey. Thanks for the kind words! And yes I might just try Wim Hof soon! We’ll see how brave I am haha ❄️
