Adding the 3 badlands from Utter a Curse before resolving Unquenchable Flames is just 2 extra damage with no downside over resolving Unquenchable Flames first, although with the way the threshold works, I think you were in a position to add 2 badlands, 1 disease, and 1 strife with Utter a Curse to help solve multiple adjacent lands. Not that it mattered at all!
