Your so right about treating makeup as art and I totally agree. I don't wear a lot of makeup for work during the week so when I do finally get to go through my stash and do something crazy fun dramatic colorful or just out of my comfort zone it's exciting and I always look forward to doing my makeup. Not really true. I have plenty of foundations that are too light or dark or even too orange. You just adjust the colors and placement of your highlight concealer, contour and/or setting powder and you can make it work!

A light concealer in the center of the face helps! Also a translucent powder helps a bit! Since those powers aren't normally 100% color free!

Luna Well my case is a little different because naturally my neck is lighter than my face. So what I usually do is mimic my natural tones, so the center of my face is lighter, matching my neck and the outer edges of my face I go slightly darker. I can make any of my foundations work that way, more or less lol

Love the look babe! I used to work at Sephora when that Nars foundation came out, & I took training on it. That foundation is meant to be used with your fingers. I bought that foundation & naturally used my beauty blender because that's what I always used & when I had the training class I tried it with my fingers & omg it's amazing! The warmth of your fingers blend the foundation so beautifully & you used WAYYYY less product. But yea lol, love the look so gorgeous 😘
