an awful lot of boomers get their hair colored, with colors like blue and green, especially after we retire. I am an early boomer and I first had my hair colored red and orange in the late 70's, have had it green, blue and purple since I retired.

I mute on my tv. I turn the volume down on my phone. If I want music I play it on something else (doesn't have to be expensive, go old-school) but mostly I'm fine with the silence. Sorry but I'm not getting how this is hard 🤷‍♂️

We are supposed to look to the "log" in our own eyes...and there's the whole "Judge not lest ye be judged" thing too.
