None of theses jokes were straight up offensive. SOme of them were just bad, and poorly delivered. The acutal problem is that line is subjective, so you found the no arms kickboxers funny, but another person would find that offensive. If you took offense to any of these jokes, regardless of how bad they were your the problem, espeically since your laughing at other siht and trying to justify it

Most of this isn't really "dark" humor. It's just edgelord humor. Dark humor requires to think up a a joke, edgelords use outrageous and gross things as replacement for punchlines. It's the difference between a well written comedy like 'South Park' or 'Boondocks' or comedians like Frankie Boyle, and youtubers that get treated like genius comedians 'cause they say the n word with a hard r and call women c***ts

It’s dark humor you just didn’t find funny. If the joke doesn’t land it’s easy to critique because of the content. Your south park and boondocks example prove it’s all about execution because they have a lot of “edge lord” humor in those shows.

A great example would be Frankie Boyle's "Michael Jackson Children's Hospital", that's as edgy as it gets, but it does have humor beyond saying shocking things for, well, shock factor... Like, seriously, most of these jokes' humor was just saying the most purposefully crass thing.

Can you show me the dark humor guidelines that state a set up and punchline are necessary? That may be what you prefer but dark humor doesn’t have to follow that formula. If you think a joke went too far that just means you didn’t like the joke but it’s still dark humor.
