Buenísimo el video, gracias por explicar todo, acabo de empezar con este cabrón, estoy seguro que pronto lo haré, me aprendí la primera fase rápidamente, la segunda estoy ya casi y la tercera aún no llegué hahahaha 😂

Thank you so much for this. I was having trouble finding openings for his 3rd phase so this helped a lot!

I like how you added the oddities and combo variations.

Nice video, really helped with phase 3. Just wanted to mention a few things: In the first phase, the "Invisible attack" part he only shoots two "rounds" of fireballs, while phase 2 and 3 there are three "rounds". And those rounds are felt more when you dodge on the ground, but gliding seems like a better option, especially for later phases. As for the dash, both phase 1 and phase 2 can be executed the same (as in blocking two hits and then countering) but phase 3 blocking everything seems best. Thank you once again for this video, I learned how to fight him by myself and found it exciting to see someone learning the fight the same way I did, but I made the mistake of trying to fight the same way as phase 1 and phase 2 and I couldn't adapt fast enough so I needed to see a video for phase 3.

Keep in mind that counter kick can break his guard with the dash move in phase 2. I died so many times using counter strike in phase 2. Honestly I think counter kick works better for damage in this fight, especially when using pro codes. In addition, guarding the fireballs in phase two is a lot more reliable than in phase 1 just by sheer number. It keeps your i-frames up longer and allows you to block faster as well. In phase 2 I like to block the fireballs after closing in on the location he sank into the ground. Makes it easier and safer to punish.

Also, thanks for this. I could not get through phase 3 until watching this! Very helpful!

Tip with kick on. U can still attack his second phase when dashing.

Old comment but, it doesn't always work for me. Is there a way to tell which one is Blockable with the dash?

Currently doing a pro code run. Thanks for that tip.

i found out a few days ago when i beat him in my critical run at lv 45. if u don't mind risks u can attack right when he is lowing his block and start to combo him again. he will fly away but if hes near the edge of the ring this isn't a issue as u can easily just combo right towards him.

Thanks man! This was very helpful. Looking at this fight, compared to the Data battles makes me even more worried to try and get the Risk Taker Achievement haha
@gamingreploid18663 жыл бұрын
You're welcome ^_^ Glad to help. The good news with the Data fights is that they give so many points, so even when you turn off a few codes here and there, you can still get the trophy/achievement. The only data fight I beat with all codes was Luxord. And I got the trophy on my 11th data fight.
@key_of_destiny47123 жыл бұрын
@@gamingreploid1866 what codes did you take off for those fights? I know Luxord is the easiest, but I wanna try to beat as many of them with all codes as I can. If anything, I just want to avoid Yozora completely.

@@key_of_destiny4712 unfortunately, it's been so long, I don't remember :/ I do have my scores though. So, every boss fight before Limitcut, I got the full score with all codes on. Then, starting Limitcut, when I turned off some codes (after Luxord) here are the scores I got: Luxord: 25,000 Ansem: 18,125 Xemnas: 18,125 Xigbar: 18,125 Young Xehanort: 18,125 Larxene: 15,625 Marluxia: 15,625 Saix: 15,625 Terra-Xehanort: 15,625 Dark Riku: 15,625 Vanitas: 15,625 Xion: 13,750 Master Xehanort: 13,750 Yozora: 11,250 And I got the trophy after my 11th Data Fight. In other words, I did NOT need any codes on for Xion, Master Xehanort, or Yozora for the trophy. I just left a few codes on to get some kind of score just because I wanted to see how high of a score I could get, lol. My final score was 405,000. But my trophy popped in between 350,625 and 366,250 (maybe 365,000 is the number you need to hit?). One thing I do remember doing for the Yozora fight, was I had the code for "No Cures", but I didn't use the code for "MP Drain" or "No Links". So I would use my full MP bar for Links, which sometimes caused damage, but definitely gave me a full heal. The only downside was that some of Yozora's combos can be broken up with magic, but since Links were my source of healing, I couldn't use magic at all :/ but I don't remember if that's what I did for the data fights as well or not 🤷♂️ Sorry, it's all a blur now.

Also, I was able to punish the Dash attack in phase 3 during the Invisible move. I just Counter Slash and glide away.

In his phase 3 invisible move, the orbs surrounding me always hit me after I double jump and glide away. It’s the reason I always die
@gamingreploid18663 жыл бұрын
Hmmm, that's weird. Are you doing the second jump at the height of Sora'a first jump?
@Sornasaur3 жыл бұрын
I know in my brain what I must do but my fingers can’t execute the plan LOL. Guess I’m stuck here with Inferno until I either beat him or try again a year from now xD
@gamingreploid18663 жыл бұрын
I know exactly what you mean 😅 but the more you practice it, the more of it becomes muscle memory and kicks in without you thinking about it as much. Easier said than done, for sure. But you got this!
@gamingreploid18663 жыл бұрын
And if you're going for Pro Codes, the good news is that you can skip Dark Inferno and still reach A-Rank (if you were aiming for the trophy/achievement). And since he's not tied to the story, you can always go back to re-challenge him later if you chose to.
@Sornasaur2 жыл бұрын
I already beat him once, but I restarted my file to Pro Code all the story bosses. Currently Stat Maxing now.
