Spotify is a commercially run commercially motivated corporate pile of wank. They don't care about the rarer or rarest fringe music. They only care about musicians ,bands with popularity that will bring in the Spotify customers and the $$.. KZbin , even though it's shoving commercials down your throat these days. Its still basically a co operative global community based platform that does still upload the most rarest and most underground music on any platform out there.

Introduced through the vein of industrial music, I really got into EBM and styles of the like, when I was 18. That fascination extended well throughout my life and inspired me to get some tech together and make some pieces of my own. It's been years since I did anything like that but as of late, I've been coming across videos like this and with extra time on my hands, I can just sit there and take in new music again. It's definitely stirring up some juices! This mix has some real bops and fluid transitions in it. Kinda makes me wanna get gothed up again. Hehe Good to know this style persists and I hope it continues to inspire future would-be artists. I'm definitely enjoying what I'm hearing here.

there's a lot of debate about what industrial is. Purists limit industrial to sounds like throbbing gristle, einsturzende neubauten, etc. OP's genres are far more specific and generally more accurate: electronic body music, darkwave, and some italo

No, lo industrial es otro tipo de musica. Lo dark, gotico, sadnes es otro ritmo otro tema. Cada epoca tiene su propia perspectiva de estos generos musicales pues cada aportación de creadores musicales va generando el gusto de las personas hasta defenderlo y creer que tiene la razon. Quines ven diferencias logran crear nuevos estilos y con toda la oportunidad de expsnderse con internet dan oportunidad a tener mayor seguidores y asi de nuevo iniciar ciclos en los generos musicales.

When I was in Rome many many years ago I was approached by the club owner at a goth club "I can tell you're not from around here! You see everyone is wearing all black and you are wearing red. That is a very controversial color." He told me that the Carabinieri weren't staring at me because they thought I was attractive but more because they would beat up women who didn't conform to their religion. And then he invited my boyfriend and I for drinks and introduced us to everyone and had the DJ playing our requests. At the end of the night he made sure we didn't walk but got a taxi back to the apartment we rented because of the risk to our safety.

Back then there was a webpage that people kept updated with goth clubs all over the planet so I always made a point to hit up the clubs where I traveled to because then the locals would tell me what they thought tourists should see of their city. I always had to warn them that people in America wouldn't be so kind as far as the free drinks and getting the DJ to play requests.
