Sir borax engraving wood get smear, if we use dry cloth over wood dark black smear come on cloth.

Sir, I purchased it through my supplier of theachine in India. He is the soul distributor of Epilog machines. The software is all same. Only it is configured for optimum use for the Epilog machines. For details, you can write an email to engrave lab.

Mine copy paste only works with photo laser software, once I have connected my epilog machine. It gets activated once my machine is there. Otherwise you can give direct engraving command from photo laser. That should work. Alternately, you can send me your file to my email id, I can help you by converting that file and can email back to you in Corel file.

Once, the item has been engraved, the quality can not be enhnaced on the later stage. The final quality depends upon many factors including the sharpness and resolution of the original image. The machine used for producing the engraved images also plays a major role. Unfortunately, in your case, nothing can be done now. You can try contacting the seller for the replacement with the good engraving.
