True artist never like their own work. So I have been told. I've learned I'm never happy. It never is what I want. Yet it has pleased someone else. When it's been a year and I look back at it and I go OK that's not too bad. There's also been stuff I looked back and said how dare you say that looks good it's horrible, lol. I needed new glasses. People are nice. I found this video, I was looking up flocking & ideas. I think I just fell into a slice of heaven. My mom said" it well never look worse than the little pieces its in when you're stickin it together." She is so right. It can only improve. I love art, most of all I love people. God bless, XXXO

Truly loved seeing the cardstock 'bricks' for the tower! It's an amazing example of "you don't need special materials to build things", especially when folks get so hung up over the XPS foam. One material I am starting to use more of is drink holders from fast food places...it's paper-thin cardboard with a built in 'stony' texture on one side and a 'grip' texture on the other... and it absorbs white glue VERY well (since it is basically paper)

I dont game but I like watching all you guys craft your terrain and paint your models. I dig your style. I think it inspires people who don't have a 3D printer or a lot of money for supplies that they can still make some cool looking stuff using frickin cardboard! He could sell ice cubes to an Eskimo. He is very happy. I am like that when I dont have to think to hard. I have trouble cutting a straight line. Here he is just choppin away. My jaw is on the floor. I look for easier ways to cut things but I don't own a machete. I'm pretty sure my husband wouldn't let me use that for arts and crafts either. I do them in the same room as he is in. Could you imagine that flying out of your hand like you accidentally dropped the scissors. Not a hospital trip I think I could explain logically.

Scared the living god out of me when you hit the tower with the sword 😂 In addition, I got a suggestion for an upcoming build: You could create an island out of XPS - Foam, water out of toilet paper as well as the legendary Jormungandr out of cardboard. You could also place Thor's miniature on some rocks floating on the surface of the sea.
