Not really. Well, it is a theory many fans have because in greek mythology- Triton is the son of Poseidon, who's Heracles's (Hercules) uncle. However, the greek version of Triton only has one daughter, Pallas, who was accidently killed by Athena. Disney's The little mermaid is based on the fairy-tail by H.C Andersen, but they took inspiration from the greek mythology since the characters wasn't named in the original story. In the TV-serie we got to see Tritons Grandfather, who is named Neptune, (Neptune is the Roman counterpart of Poseidon). So then Herkules would be Ariel's Great-grandfather's nephew. So, sure, they could be related, but the distance between them "bloodwise" (xD Can't find the right word for it) means it's acceptable for them to be together without calling it incest. Even if it would - in Greek mythology (And many other) it is common with incest. (I mean, Zeus and Hera are siblings xDD). So, to answer your question - both yes and no. However, they are not cousins in my crossover-video. But I do hope you enjoyed it anyways ^-^
