Hello there, glad that you find the title interesting! Quoting the website 'aesthetics fandom', "Royalty Core is a term referring to a group of aesthetics based on the visuals of West European royalty, ranging from Arthurian times (5th and 6th centuries) to the Belle Époque period (late 19th century). This aesthetic mainly focuses on visual characteristics and contexts of historical European monarchies, placing particular emphasis on castle structure and the surrounding grounds." The addition of "Dark" gives the whole aesthetic a mysterious and adventurous vibe inspiring visions of knights and princesses, epic quests, kingdoms to defend and charming but deadly enemies ready to attack... or at least we hope it does!

@@HALIDONMUSIC the problem is this: the picture is royal enough but the music has little to do with royalty.

I never heard that variant of Waltz #2. It's so much edgier than what I'm used to hearing.

This is an original arrangement for two cellos, written and performed by Mr & Mrs Cello. We thought it fit in well with the Dark Royalty Core theme!

On "Le Grand Cahier": X. L'Incendie I was immediately reminded of the Avengers theme. Before the signature "victory fanfare" part, there is a "race of strings" that represents the heat of battle, that seems heavily inspired by this part!
